Delv Global recruits, contracts with the professional, invoices the client, pays the professional and provides agreed HR and relationship support. The client directs daily work. Replacement coverage applies while the service is active, subject to the service agreement.
- [Direct Hire](https://delvglobal.co/services/direct-hire): One-time recruitment fee by seniority (Junior $1,600, Mid-Level $2,200, Senior $3,000). The client handles onboarding, contracts, professional payments and the ongoing relationship. Professional compensation is separate. Includes a 90-day free replacement guarantee, subject to the service agreement.
