No. Bring the work you need help with. During discovery, we shape the responsibilities, required skills, working hours and budget into a clear hiring brief.
Is compensation included in the $799 fee?
No. The $799/month service fee applies to each hired professional. Professional compensation is separate. Delv Global invoices your company and pays the professional.
How do you assess communication and working hours?
We discuss your language and schedule requirements during discovery and review candidates against them. Profiles and video introductions give you communication context before an interview. English proficiency and working-hour availability are assessed individually, not assumed from a candidate’s country.
How soon will we receive a shortlist?
For most non-specialized roles, Delv Global presents an initial shortlist within 8 days after your discovery call and agreement to begin the search. Specialized-role timelines are agreed individually.
What replacement coverage is included?
Replacement coverage while the service is active, subject to your service agreement.
When does billing start, and how do we end the service?
Your service agreement sets out the first billing date, payment terms and cancellation process. We review these with you before you get started.
Would Direct Hire be a better fit?
Choose Direct Hire if your company wants recruitment support but can manage onboarding, contracts, payments and the professional relationship itself. It is a one-time recruitment service with a 90-day free replacement guarantee, subject to the agreement.
